The breakfast had a good choice of food, like coffee, yoghourt, and fruit. I got reasonably large room with a comfortable bed and pullout couch plus good showers as advertised. The location was peaceful and excellent - near all the shops and ruined castle

It was fine stay, I liked good food.
The breakfast had a lot of food, like coffee, yoghourt, and fruit. The location was quiet and excellent - so close to Ate in the restaurant on the first night, the Albert Schweitzer Museum and the Kaysersberg castle...

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable suite, complete with a king bed and a surprisingly comfortable pullout couch. The views of the local castle from our room were breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and provided excellent service during our stay.
The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast would be more variety in the food options.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was located near the old town and a museum, making it easy to explore. The breakfast spread offered a decent selection for the start of the day. the nearby wine bar had good wine for a nightcap.
The lack of privacy in our room was unacceptable. Workers climbed onto the roof with approval from the hotel staff and peered into our open window, creating an uncomfortable situation.
